✨ Must Know Before Booking ✨ Hair Removal & Facial Services ⏰ Grace Period A 5-minute grace period is extended for all appointments. Arrivals exceeding 5 minutes may receive a shortened service to remain on schedule. Arrivals 10 minutes or more past the appointment time will be considered a no-show and charged 100% of the service price. ⸻ 💳 Deposit Policy A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits may be transferred once to a rescheduled appointment when proper notice is provided. After one transfer, the deposit is forfeited. Deposits do not apply to cancellations or no-shows. ⸻ 🔁 Rescheduling Policy Appointments may be rescheduled one time with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice. Rescheduling with less than 72 hours’ notice, or multiple reschedule requests, will result in a 50% service charge and require a new deposit to rebook. ⸻ ❌ Cancellation Policy Cancellations require 72 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the appointment will incur a 50% service charge, and the deposit will be forfeited. Same-day cancellations are considered no-shows. ⸻ 🚫 No-Show Policy Failure to arrive without notice will result in an automatic 100% service charge and loss of deposit. Repeated no-shows may result in future booking restrictions. ⸻ 🔄 Service Selection & Appointment Adjustments Clients are responsible for selecting the appropriate service at the time of booking. To ensure optimal results and maintain service standards, incorrectly booked services will be graciously adjusted to the appropriate service at the appointment, based on timing, growth, and service requirements. Adjusted services may differ in price, and clients are responsible for the full cost of the correct service.
